Exceptional visit today. Dr. Loochtan and his staff were so helpful during my visit regarding my ear problem and hearing issue. Barbara was so friendly and caring as she discussed my procedure. A consummate professional. Dr. Loochtan showed great skill and patience, working over 45 minutes on my ear cana.to improve my tinnitus and greatly improve my hearing. As a healthcare worker for over 35 years, I know skill and professionalism when I see it. Heather assisted me to make another appointment, and was so kind and friendly.
