I just had a recent visit and was seen by Dr. Joseph Hall. Prior to that I was seen by him was back in 2019. When I called to schedule my appointment I was expecting to be told they are booked a week or 2 out but I was fortunate they had a recent cancelation and scheduled me the same day. The office staff is very friendly and I was on time for my appointment and didn’t have to wait to be taken to the exam room. The second Dr. Hall walked in he spoke to me like I was his most important patient and I felt like he just saw me a few days ago. He provided excellent treatment and at no point did I feel like my appointment was rushed. My obstruction was painlessly cleared and provided immediate relief. I’ve had a lot of ear problems and have been seen by many ENT specialists and he’s one of the best. He’s very personable and professional.
